For AstraZeneca’s global Senior Leaders Meeting, the brief was clear: close the event with a film that would cut through hierarchy, challenge thinking and refocus leadership on what truly matters for the future. The audience was the most senior decision-makers in the business. The message needed to feel urgent, human and impossible to dismiss.
We conceived and produced The Believers, a panoramic, five-screen film built around the voices of young people from around the world. Advocates for health equity, sustainability and systemic change, each speaker articulated what they believe must happen next. Designed to play across five synchronised screens, the film used juxtaposed imagery and rhythm to create a powerful, immersive experience that demanded attention in the room. Alongside the flagship installation, we delivered a master cut for online distribution and individual edits for AstraZeneca’s digital platforms.
The result was a closing moment that reframed leadership through belief, responsibility and long-term impact. By placing future-focused voices at the centre of the conversation, The Believers helped anchor AstraZeneca’s strategy, and extended its life well beyond the room through social and web distribution.
